Service overview
BlackBox Therapy provides emotional support through listeners, peers, and licensed therapists (where available). The app does not replace emergency services.
User responsibilities
- Use the service respectfully and lawfully.
- Do not harass, abuse, or exploit others.
- Do not use the service for emergencies.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account. Session limits and benefits reset based on your billing period.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.
